[Help]CreateDB Connect fail

Hello all,

I'm having this error that keeps occurring which is really weird as i followed the guides and still get it.
But the odd thing about it is that i set everything as pointed out.




The procedure that i do to try and get it to connect is:

-Restore DB's
-Delete the user "DragonNest" from each DB
-Make a new "Login User" as DragonNest with the password that was pointed out.
-Assign roles to each DB , "db_owner"
-Right click DB >Properties > File> Set owner to "DragonNest" to each DB


If there is anything wrong that i'm doing could anyone point me in the right direction of making this work ?
