How to make money?
In Argonath Minecraft there are many ways you can make money with many more opportunities opening every day. Argonath provides you the ability to create your own business which you can charge entry fee(turnstiles) or price on items depending on what type of product / service you providing. However the greatest obstacle you are required pass you must first is to achieve the required rank to use the needed tools.
Turnstiles
Turnstiles can be used to set entry fees to particular areas which allows you charge players to enter your buildings to receive a service or to use your shop. We recommend you only use this for services as if you have a store where you sell your own products you may push customers away.
NPC Shops (Now Available!)
Players at level 2 should have the permissions to setup their own NPC shops to buy and sell goods. These NPC’s have a full inventory allowing you to sell and buy a wide range of items. Setting up a NPC shop has a few steps.
Gambling
A new addition to Argonath Minecraft is the ability to create and use slot machines. Slot machines do not directly earn money for the person who owns the machine however people pay to enter the casino. Our recommendations would be to create multiple rooms which house different types of slot machines, with each room having their own entry fee depending on the price on the machines inside. However you can run your casino how you feel to ensure you have 100 percent control of your casino. (All Slot machines are governed by Argonath Bank) We are planning additional gambling features in the near future.
Money by Post!
Buying and selling items has never been so easy for members to trade even when players are offline. With the new addition of Post Addresses players are able to send and receive letters and packages. This allows towns thousands of blocks away from each other to trade like if they were right next door. This service is not instant delivery it does take awhile for the Postman to collect your package and/or letter and deliver it to the required address. There will be a section on the forum which players will be able to trade with each other via post.
