[HELP] CMS Question + Client

I need help with two things, on my rankings, two of my GM's are level 255 but they show up on rankings, how do I remove them? Worst case scenario I delete their character, and they have to remake?




The next thing is, how would I get or make a No DMG Cap launcher for v117.2?
