[HELP] If Using 1 PC

I don't remember what i did 3 years ago , but ill ask you guys

if i use VMWARE to play in 1 pc, can i use the ip 127.0.0.1? or i have to use the hamachi ip etc etc

or i have to set the vmware to be the host of the server or the original desktop to be the host?
