v111 random dc with multiple players on same map

anyone know where i should look to debug the issue where when 2+ ppl on same map the 1st person who was on the map dcs after 30 seconds of 2nd person coming on.

this is ONLY bug i have left to fix on my repack. i wanna fix this so i can release this pack.

so far ive found that doesnt cause dc:
standing in the maps dont dc
using skills that dont attack monsters
not skill related due to attacking doesnt dc instantly

ideas?
failure to update something with monsters?

solution maybe:
BUSTED ping system will continue to test more.
