[Help] Disconnect from the server

i got a problem on my server
regarding on DC

i config server almost fine
everything is worked
but there's have a 1 thing that i problem for
is the DC

there's have a time that
my server is good,no disconnect
but there's have a time that every 5 - 10mins the players will get DC
i dont think it is a hosting
becos i tried to transfer it into another host
it still the same problem

anyone had experience this problem and already?
i use 11.70.01

please help
