Need help ( Coder and Money )

Sup.
Now I have been wanting to make an emulator which is both PvP and PvE balanced for quite some time. I have actually attempted this however we kinda failed without having any help. I have a small group of people willing to help me in ways such as map editing and general game monitoring but we need some help financially. Since I cant really afford to run this emulator all by myself, I could do with a hand paying for our server. I also would need an experienced coder (or two) to help develop the game. I already have things like maps sorted and I have a pretty clear idea on which I want the game to be like. Since I can't code myself, I would prefer to have a coder to help set up and if they want to,stay and see our game grow or I need a coder who can teach me the basics of emulator setup. Having both of these things would help out.
