[Release] Server/Client Translation Update

I haven't done a release in a long time on the translation of the client and server.
So, I have decided to release one for the libconfig and a English patch for the gui.

Changes in the libconfig.dat:

• All NPC names are now translated.
• The majority of monster names are translated.

Here is the new libconfig.dat file: libconfig_July-26-2014.zip

Replace the libconfig.dat that is in the "data-chinese" of the client and of the GameServer folder.


Here is a torrent for English GUI Patch: EngGUI_Patch-torrent.zip

Just copy and paste the "data" file in the root of the client folder. Overwrite any files/folders that conflict.
