Problem with Wamp Server

Hello, I have another issue with Wamp Server.. I m not able to login with code given in guide of master and monster user.. I read in posts that the problem would be resolved if we make a new account.. So i tried using registering wid register.php but i had PORT issues.. Port 80 was already in use by someother app so i changed the port to 81 and it works fine now..

But Wamp server gives me error when i try to run register.php.. Here are the screenies for the error logs..
