wrong account input

New issue, Zoneserver wont open unless I have my ip and my db port ;/ ex ; 192.168.100.1,61433 BUT!! Even though the zone server has opened on just with no errors the server stays closed on the launcher. with just 192.168.1.100 The zoneserver works with login/account servers saying "Servername open" but then db connect fail but like i said as soon as i add ,61433 in the .ini to the ip the zone server loads no problem but no open world message
