When you start as an Archer, the is a quest called The Forgotten Brothers, and 2 chained quests to this one. But, the quest giver/receiver does not spawn. That means that I cant accept the quest, even if completed through a command admin line, still cant complete it because you have to talk to the nowhere to be found npc. Any fix for this one? (also, the second quest in the chain wants you to go to a dungeon, right on top of the missing npc, and it does not work)
