[help]tyranny wars fixed time 3,6,9,12,3,6,9,12 (gs gameplay)

Does anybody knows here how to set FIXED TIME, like every 3 hours the tyranny will start.
Like only 3am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm and 12am only no other time.
