[Help] Cash timer.

Hello RZ.

I want to know how i can do so VIP get's more pixels, and credits every time, than the normal users,

Like this

Every 15 mins gets normal users 30 pixels, while the VIP users gets 50 pixels every 15 mins.

Please help me.:
