I want to add effects to players based on the database, how to do it. Someone who has the document, please guide me.

For example: the character with the highest level and assign the character the bmg effect or top effect/

Quando tento logar no game ,uma conta com senha padrão criada no painel. aparece mensagem no login: Avaiable time expíred .
estou usando files kPT 3215.
outra observação, quando uso a senha do hotuk de Admin loga normalmente. (Game GM)
