[Help] Revcms upload image into news

I have been trying to upload a image to my news but it doesnt show up
It just shows like that, and when i press insert/edit image button it just comes

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

But when i go to the directory i can see the html file and all that..

Hello

My name is Braeden Lange, or The Unknown. I am applying for the position of Moderator in The WarZ / Infestation MMO Section. Please read over the following application, It would mean the world to me If I was accepted.

Full name: Braeden Lange

Reason for applying?

I am always on the section. I love seeing the contributions that are put forth, and helping new users understand the rules of the section. I enjoy watching people learn from one another, while staying in the bounds of the section rules. I also do not favour certain people, whether or not they are friends, if they break the rules they will be warned and dealt with. I have much experience when it comes to managing community's related to WarZ, having many private servers in the past, but also I have real world experience from my job as a supervisor. I strongly believe that I will be a fair and just moderator, one that anyone can go to for help, and one that dedicates as much time and hard work into the section as my predecessors.

Contributions:

Over the past months myself, and my team have released many major items within the community. Whether it was leaking Infestation's studio or porting Minecraft Models or even the basic tutorial on how to edit Launcher images or adding in game kill feed and helping make a custom Community Edition loading screen.


I thank you for taking the time to read this application, and I look forward to reading your replies.

i have make warrock server and i have problem with the EXP event and EXP rate for the players the EXP EVENT its 100000% and the EXP RATE also hight so any know how to fix it?
and when my friend open the game he cant see the server from his ROUTER just if he get wirless from my ROUTER so any Soultion for that?

Attitudes in this section, including my own will change.
You all need to stop with the pointing fingers and picking at one another.
This is not kindergarten, but if you continue to act like children you'll be put in corners for time outs.

Now, I know some of you don't like the fact that certain threads were deleted and then recreated.
I resolved that by creating a modified Rule for sharing other members code. It just isn't acceptable.
Then one side cant say I kissed someone ass and the other side can't demand it be permitted.
Final answer: No posting another members or servers code. You'll be dealt with harshly and with a full 30 day infraction with points, no questions asked your thread or post will be deleted immediately after being edited out, I'll even go as far as report the files on the site you've shared them.

This is not a playground folks. You are not bullying myself or anyone else.
In this section there is one baby sitter and that is me.
There are many people that report what happens in this section and I deal with it ALL FAIRLY.
Don't like it. I'm sorry. There are hundreds online in this section at any given time. I'm not playing lets make a deal with anyone, nor do I suck up to anyone.
Bottom line, break the Rules expect a warning or infraction. No more just warning via PM or posts.
From here on out, you'll abide by the Rules or you'll deal with the consequences of your own actions.
No negotiating on this, I don't care who you whine to. I wont back off and I wont accept anything less than your following the Rules and being polite to one another and to the Moderators and Supervisors.

In regards to the Server Listing section that is not in my hands any longer. Do Not PM me regarding an issue there or @DNC in a thread there. I have no control over it and you'll have earned whatever consequences you get in that section from those that Moderate it.

Anyone have an issue with what was said here. I honestly don't care.

This is a Development Forum and ALL Arguments are to be left OFF SITE as per the Primary Forum Rules.

[Request] Making a Hotel Soon.. Need some advice

Hello. Tomorrow I will begin the development of what will be my 2nd hotel. I am wondering how to create the most secure/fast budget infrastructure. I aim to only pay $30 a month on VPS. While I have done research looking for decently priced windows VPSs i have came across this;
1 Powerful Xeon E5 Virtual CPU
2 GB Dedicated Memory
75 GB SSD Storage
2 TB Traffic Allocation @ 1 Gbps Uplink

Would this be suitable for a newly started hotel? How many people do you think this could handle without a notice of lag.

And now to move on to security. I hear talk of needing a proxy network to prevent hacking/ddosing. I am wondering if this is really necessary. Should i really invest into a proxy? If not what protection do I need, I know im going to need cloudflare, but aren't there actual programs that kick an ip off your server after so many requests? I don't know. I'm pretty nooby if you can't tell yet.

Now to move on
As for the CMS, I just want one with little to no exploits so please link me to a good CMS thread.
As for the emulator, I hear Plus emulator, and someone has even recommended Gold Tree Emu.

Anything is appreciated. I'm gonna look around at some other peoples stuff too.


I'm a leecher for now, but I'll try to help out the dead community more later. Some1 oughta compress the odin client setup using 7zip ultra. and make it 100mb.


I'm gonna pull some of the files from 2012+ if i can.
I still got a lot of tweaking and stuff to do. My server is going to be fun and awesome to play. I already have some kewl ideas. KQ's are going to be awesome. Going to make everything fun basically. Starting out, the first part of fun that i added was upping the god damn run speed up about 125 or more. 2nd part was adding lvl 1 Ghost slimes for the newbs on RouN.

The client's almost finished. Looks amazing.

Can't wait to shows u guys later. Anyway. If any of yall are gonna say stupid shit then turn your frown upside down and use some positive psychology for once. It's changing the world as we know it.

You will also need to create the field staff_pin in your users table, make it an integer of 4 and a default of 0, then it should work, if you have any problems feel free to PM me.

Note: Remember to replace database_passwrd with your database password and database_name with your database name.

Hello, before I install src_update1 & src_update2, everything works. I can connect to the server and kill Zombies.

But when I am extracting, and builded src_update 1 & src_update2 and imported the new database it gives me
